This Colorado craftsman and prairie themed clubhouse sits on a ridge overlooking the community golf course. The facility includes a full scale restaurant, events room, library, golf pro-shop, game and craft rooms, indoor pool, fitness center and administrative office. The goal was to keep all activities on one level with the exception of a lower level golf cart storage area. The specific functions of the floor plan culminated into four building wings with the main entry and concierge in the middle of the four wings. The 2-story front entry is centered on a famous 14,000 ft. mountain peak in the distance.
