Tetonia is a very small, rural town located just west of the Grand Tetons in Idaho. The area is dotted with small farms, ranches, and older commercial interests such as a general store and an occasional restaurant. The project involves master planning of live/work housing, multifamily housing and mixed-use retail that will energize the community and support a future population of workers at the large resorts currently under construction to the East and West of town.
