This clubhouse, located near a light rail stop in Lone Tree, Colorado, was designed to create a car-free lifestyle in a suburban area by providing residents with access to retail, fitness/recreation, concierge services and resident transportation. Integrated boutique retail located on the first floor of the clubhouse was located near the entrance of the community to integrate the site into the surrounding neighborhood.
