This session will help you understand how to address the most essential questions before moving ahead, such as: Is the demand for your apartments or condos sufficient, and what size units does the market require? What is the right price point? What is the approval process for building your project, how long will it take and how much will it cost? Will you need architectural design and engineering work done at this stage? How can you estimate revenue and expenses to determine whether the project will be profitable? In short, you'll leave with a comprehensive understanding of how to determine if a project is worth the time, effort and resources required to successfully move it forward.
