KEPHART’s office is located in the Ballpark Neighborhood Historic District in downtown Denver just four blocks east of Coors Field.

The building was designed in 1929 by Robert K. Fuller, one of Colorado’s most well respected architects, for the Kuner-Empson Company for the purpose of canning vegetables from regional farms.  Over the past 75 years, the building has been the home of a variety of creative local entrepreneurs including graphic designers, photographers, and artists.

Using bold colors and open spaces to facilitate creative collaboration, our casual and friendly style is embraced by our dynamic collection of design professionals who all share a passion for the housing industry and the communities they help create.
